Nice sound but Bluetooth connectivity issue

However this model has serious connectivity issues. It does not automatically connect to your paired Bluetooth device (at least my headphone) and you need to reset the headphone every time before connecting which is pain. Quite disappointed but I am sure Sony will fix it in future.

We definitely want to get this fixed for you so you can actually enjoy your music. Please try these steps to see if they clear up that connection glitch:
-Make sure to check the Sony | Sound Connect app for any available firmware updates.
-Go into your device’s Bluetooth settings and "Forget" the headphones. Then, do the same on any other devices they might be paired to.
-Try a initialization. Find detailed instructions here: https://helpguide.sony.net/mdr/wh1000xm4/v1/en/contents/TP0002752746.html

The sound quality while playing dance music was unparallel. I will definitely enjoy these for work purposes only ahem.. the USB C cord is pretty small in length but it charges quickly. The ear customization settings for better sound quality was mind blowing

I own A LOT of electronics, and these would be near or at top of them all. The sound quality is a 6 out of 5 (clarity and ANC). Call quality is not as great -- mic sounds muffled and the active noise cancellation (ANC) turns off -- but I just have to give these a 5.

I am NOT giving 5 stars is only because of this one option missing which i need a lot which is there is no option to switch between the connected devices. Ex: I use these headphones with my Cell phone and Laptop so it would have been better if there was some button which allows you to switch to previously paired devices which my Bose Sound Sport ear phones do rather than going to the device and connecting.

Superior noise canceling, great sound. Lots of features but confusing to learn them all and you have to put an app on your device. Also annoying that they try to upcharge you for 360 degree surround sound processing which is pure profit for them

Best ANC Headphones around!

I've owned the Sony XM2 & XM3 prior to these. These improved on the ANC from the XM3 and those are still considered one of the best. The multipoint connection makes these so much better. My only issue with these would be that the "cabin pressure" feeling on these are ever slightly more noticeable than the previous models.
