She had been wanting some headphones for working out and she’s absolutely blown away by them. I tried them for a few minutes and WOW! If i needed a pair I’d get me some too.

Fine headphones, terrible seller (Best Buy)

They have no problem wasting 9+ hours of your time refusing to honor the word of their chat/phone support, and even their "executive resolution" team will acknowledge that the experience is "not what they want for their customers" but still refuse to do anything to make it right. Looking at you "Elida", who had the power to fix this but refused. Don't waste your time with Best Buy, they won't support you as a customer.

My girlfriend loves it.

She kept taking my airpods pro because of the ANC. These provide ANC and are stylish while doing so. My girlfriend fell in love instantly and uses them all day because of the 30 or so hour battery.

The only con is they are comfortable for a few hours but if you wear glasses they may start to become a little less comfortable after a couple of hours.

Great sound but cheap feel

You would expect nothing less from Sony. The only real issue I have with these is the build quality, the plastic housing gives them a real cheap feel. However, thus far they have shown no degradation or apparent wear and tear.

Very sweet noise-cancellation.

It works similar but not that extreme. I used these to study in Starbucks during heavy traffic. It does well in blocking, enough to concentrate and still be able to faintly hear your named being called.
