I can't hear my kids!

I kid you not, working from home with kids running around, when I need some quiet time, I pop these in and drown them out! Great headphones with a few quirks

For example, if I'm on a conference call on my computer, then a phone call comes in the audio may drop if I don't reject the call quickly and then I have to reconnect, which can be disruptive. So I normally turn off Bluetooth on my phone while I'm on Microsoft teams calls.

Great for my college aged son

He loves them! I haven’t listened to them, but he has and also has borrowed my Bose headphones. He likes the sound better through these and says the canceling works very well.

Great headphones, charging is a problem.

I'm reallly really careful with all of my electronics. So I am bummed out that the have stpped charging. 16 months/$400, now they are garbage.

Be sure to use the supplied USB Type-C cable.
Check that the USB Type-C cable is firmly connected to the headset and the USB AC adaptor or computer.
Make sure that the USB AC adaptor is firmly connected to the AC outlet.
Check that the computer is turned on.
Wake the computer up if the computer is in standby (sleep) or hibernation mode.
When using Windows 8.1, update using Windows Update.
Restart your computer, and check whether the situation has improved.
Reset the headset.

A great product made better

The ability to pair to two devices and the approximately sensor that stops the music when you take them off is great - the build feels better than the XM3s. Over all a great refresh. Sony just refined a already great head phone, and honestly that’s what needed to be done.

Great noise cancellation but bad connection

Also the usb c charging cable that comes with the box is intimidatingly short. The sound has too much bass to my taste but the noise cancellation works great. Already returned this headphone to the store due to the disconnecting issues when connecting multiple devices.

Nice headphones

It has awesome noise cancelation; the sound is crisp and base is descent. The app that comes with it does enhance the sound quality a lot. Other than this, I also have Beats Studio and JBL Club 950NC. The Sony is produces much better audio quality
