Connectivity is one of these issues. There’s a feature on the headphones where after a certain amount of time, the headphones turn off. Whenever I turn them back on, they work fine for a bit before suddenly disconnecting. This continues to happen until I either forget the headphones or I reset my phone.

We regret to hear that the headphones are not working properly. For optimum performance, make sure that the software version of the headphones is updated (via the Sony Headphones Connect app). Resetting and initializing the headphones may also help resolve those issues. Please refer to these links:

It cuts out the fan noise extremely well. Controls are easy once learned. I did read the manual. I am not using most of the app functions because they are not useful for my use case

Noise cancellation is pretty good, not as good as Bose. I’ve been using these primarily for tele conferences and have not been disappointed. Their Bluetooth connection range is also a plus, I’d say 40 feet or so.

Primarily bought it for school but used it for other day to day use. Noise canceling works great during airplanes rides, however it doesn’t block higher frequencies like babies crying
