    Great quality, issues with connecting to multiple devices with seamless transitions. Also, connectivity distance can be a little poor, can maybe push through 2 rooms distance.

    Worth it, especially on sale. The most advanced Bluetooth wireless NC headphones I ever owned and as usual SONY knocks it out the park. The fact that these can AUTOMATICALLY SWITCH between two devices connected at the same time is amazing.

    Excellent headphones. The noise cancelling piece is AMAZING, your ears will love you for that feature alone. The sound when you are playing music is wonderful as well. Definitely worth the $$$.

    Sound very good, lots of good features. But despite all that, they do not have good volume. All songs on all platforms i listen at 100% and still wish they would go louder. Im well versed in electronics and tweaked all settings. But alas, still weak at 100% volume. Would have been perfect if were louder. Will be returning them tomorrow. Not worth the high price tag if you cannot enjoy your music.

It's unfortunate that you are already looking to return the headphones because the volume is not living up to your expectations. Make sure to update the software version of the headphones (via the Sony Headphones Connect app) for optimum performance.

      Reconnecting the Bluetooth device to the headset once again may also help improve volume issues.

    I love these headphones! Easy to use, they connect to your mobile via bluetooth flawlessly and they sound fantastic! I have a large head and they fit with ease due to the adjustability! Also, I love the color! I can't say enough good things!

    Phenomenal headphones! The audio is amazing, a lot of features on the headphones and with the app! Great noise cancelling! The only thing is after some time my ears start to ear due to the fit. And I have small ears

    This headphones are great. I no longer hear my wife nagging at me all the time. Just put these babies on and boom, instant silence added with whatever noise is connected to the bluetooth streaming. Highly recommended.

    Great headphones. I upgraded from the mx3 because of the ability to connect two bluetooth items at once. To my untrained ear they sound really close to the mx3 which isn't a bad thing at all.

    I'm revieing this almost 2 years after my purchase and I STILL love them! I also bought the Sony ear buds. these are lightweight and keep a charge a long time. I use them with my iOS devices as well as Peloton bike
