I crank, the house cancelling all the way and put the volume above half and it is like a whole new experience. Love them!

My only complaint with these headphones is that if you lay down and still for too long they automatically turn themselves off.

Sound Greaat!!

The only issue I have is they don't work well with Samsung Televisions. When you get them connected with a Samsung TV they sound fine but after a few minutes the audio starts breaking up and sounding garbled. This is a known issue that's been going on far to long and needs to be fixed.

Great sound but do not fit smaller heads

The sound quality is amazing with great controls. The reason I am only giving 3 stars is because they fit too loose for me with no way to adjust them. If I move too fast they just slide right off my head. It gets worse with sweat. If you have a smaller head size I wouldn’t recommend. I wear a size 7 fitted hat for reference.

- Make sure the battery is fully charged.
- The headset cannot be turned on while charging the battery. Remove the USB Type-C cable and turn on the headset.
- Reset the headset.

Enjoying the features and quality

I had a 2 year old Bose headset and a internal wire broke and Bose would not fix but was willing to give me a small credit towards a new one. I decided to try this headset.
