Great sound, horrible mic

However the built in mic is horrible. My girlfriend said it sounded like I was in a tiny room and was talking quietly, so I ended up returning them to get a different pair.

While we're glad you like the sound and noise canceling features of the headphones, we're sorry to hear that you are having issues with the built-in mic and unit had to be returned. This may be resolved switching the Bluetooth connection to HFP or HSP on your smartphone. Expected higher volume

Used it on a 6 hours flight, didn't even realize a baby was crying in the seat directly behind me until I took them off, it had blocked out all the noise prefectly.

Excellent Choice for Music

Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the microphone picks up background noise, so not useful for use in Skype/Zoom/Teams meetings. The touch controls take a little getting used to, but once comfortable with it they work perfectly. Upgraded from WH-1000XM2 which are great too - well worth the upgrade.
