||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sounds great when listening to music and noise canceling is awesome with little kids and working from home but it is very frustrating to use on phone and conference calls I’m constantly being told I can’t be heard. I’ve adjusted the settings with only a little improvement. The only way to get good mic sound is you have to use the cord plugged into the headphones and your phone or computer which defeated the purpose when needing a wireless connection. For the price the mic should work better when on a wireless connection. My $28 wireless headphones work better for calls than this one. So don’t buy for phone calls.

For call quality issues, please make sure that the firmware is up to date. Also, please follow the troubleshooting steps below to resolve this issue:
Check that both the headset and the connected device (i.e., smartphone) are turned on.
Turn up the volume of the connected device and the volume of the headset if they are too low.
Check the audio settings of the Bluetooth device to make sure the sound is output from the headset during a call.
Use the Bluetooth device to re-establish the connection. Select HFP or HSP for the profile.
If you are listening to music with the headset, stop playback and tap the touch sensor control panel twice quickly (with an interval of about 0.4 seconds) to respond to an incoming call.

I’m taking a trip soon and decided I had vastly overbought for my flying portion of the trip and I just couldn’t justify the expense. They are highly rated and the salesperson was great. Never even used but tried display in store.

Amazing sound, connectivity issues with iPhone

All that being said, if you have an iPhone, let alone a few Apple products that you want to use these for, bear in mind that the toggling from one device to the other comes with a painstakingly annoyance. I am constantly having to turn my bluetooth settings on and off and re-pairing every time I am wanting to use my iPad instead of my iPhone for listening. This is ridiculous with a device of this price point. I can't recommend these for Apple users.

Noise cancellation superb

The pressure optimization gave me headaches for the first 2 weeks. I was going to return these, but didn’t realize there was a 14 day return policy. I guess I’m stuck reselling them as I’d prefer a more crisp sound and deeper bass.

Excellent Quality

Would not recommend for a gaming headset, as the microphone does not have great voice pickup. If you're wanting the best sound you can get, look no further.
