Good but pricy

Call quality is a little off but I’m not sure it’s the headphones and may just be call quality. They don’t work well with my tv though as there is a lot of lip synch lag.

While we're glad to hear you like the industry-leading noise cancelation, we regret to know you're having issues with the call quality and audio sync with your TV. For call quality improvements, please make sure that the firmware version of the headphones is up to date.
The audio playback on this unit may be delayed from that on the transmitting device, due to the characteristics of Bluetooth wireless technology. As a result, the sound may not be in sync with the image when viewing movies or playing games. Hope this helps!

Music quality vs. Microphone

If you only want to listen and not talk on the phone definitely buy it however the microphone quality is very poor. Especially when you want to use it outdoors not working reliable. The Sony app is good, you can see how long you listened walking and easy to navigate. Need to memorize the function of the invisible buttons on the headphone.

Great product for most situations.

One unique issue that may or may not matter to some...is that during phone calls, the noise canceling does not works as well for the caller as it does for me. I do not hear any background noise but they do hear some. Not sure if that is just my head set of typical.

During calls, the headphones' microphones pick up ambient sounds regardless of the Ambient Sound Control function setting. This is due to the Sidetone function, which makes it easier to talk using the headphones by allowing you to hear your own voice naturally. As a result, the noise-canceling function works differently during calls compared to when you're listening to music.
This means that while you may not hear the background noise, the person on the other end of the call might still hear some ambient sounds. This is not a malfunction but rather a design feature of the headphones. If this is a significant issue for you, you might want to consider using a different environment for calls or exploring other headphone models that might better suit your needs for phone calls.
