The problem is when I have it connected to my tv, the audio and connectivity will have a delay sometimes and I have to either turn the headphones off or go through the sounds menu back to the headphones again to have it in sync again. Hopefully this is just a blip.

The audio playback on this unit may be delayed from that on the transmitting device, due to the characteristics of Bluetooth wireless technology. As a result, the sound may not be in sync with the image when viewing movies or playing games.

Fantastically packed with features that make it a daily driver for the home office. Even though it has the drawbacks of bluetooth when it comes to sound quality, I barely notice with this headset. Only thing I could pick at is that the inbuilt microphone could be a little better, which might make the ambient sound function more bearable.

They're not good enough.

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After using these headphones along with Beats Studio, Wh- 910n, these headphones are overhyped, overpriced, but over performed. I like the comfort which over did the Beats Studio. They're aesthetically pleasing like Beats. The noise cancelling over performed. Compared to the Cases for each of the headphones, the XM-4s have a cuter and more protective case. The only problems that I have had with the XM-4s is that they're hard to connect to any of my Apple devices, and they randomly disconnect and turn off out of nowhere which is neither rare or common. But compared to the expensive Air Pods Pro Max from Apple, these have way better sound quality and more minimalistic with swipe on the right side of the Headphones, you can access ambient sound, pause, play, and play your next song. Compared to the wh- 910n, it is hard to turn on Siri by just touching the pad of your right cup which the wh-910, It is more worth getting the WH- 910 which are 100 dollars less but sacrifice the aesthetic for the better quality, and better base.

Good but bit pricey!

My recent flight to LA was a good test for this product and it did well! The noise canceling, ambient noise features and fasforward/rewind/pause features worked very good, love the mid night blue color! The wireless and bluetooth capabilities were good, paired fairly quick with my phone, TV, AV receiver and laptop. Not sure if it's needed or not but the app for these headphones helped me out, so I'd suggest downloading and using the app for these headphonesl!! Too early yet to give 5 stars, so far so good! I need to see how durable this product will be over time before giving 5 stars! Bit pricey though but thanks for BB gift card, previous BB credit on acct and Christmas gift card from coworker, I was able to afford these headphones, don't think I would have purchased them had that not been the case! So far however, this product is good and I would recommend them if you can afford them but if not, try and wait til they go on sale!!

Best noise cancelling headphones

Headphone is much lighter and more comfy than the XM2. Sound quality is almost the same, but noise cancelling is definitely better. Can't wait to fly again in a plane to really test these out.

Highly recommend if you get easily over stimulated. I use these where-ever I go and it has a nice battery life. I also like how you can customize your sound. You can adjust the bass, treble, and all in between. I’m no audiophile but to my average person ears they’re amazing. It is pricey but a good investment. I see myself using these for years to come.

Good upgrade!

While it isn't a huge gain, I had a gift card so I used it to upgrade and it was worth it. These fit a lot nicer and sound a little better, and I think the ANC is better.

Almost perfect

I am coming from a wired pair of sennheiser headphones that cost over 4 times the price of these, and surprisingly these headphones exceeded my expectations in both sound quality and build quality. Here’s My small list of things I think you should consider 1.) The fit. I’d recommend trying them on In store before purchasing, for me the ear cups are a little to shallow to wear for longer than an hour comfortably. 2.) the bass, I might be nitpicking but in my opinion this bass just sounds too muddy, regardless of how I change it in the app. Don’t mistake what I consider “shortcomings” as a detractor, they are highly rated for a reason and overall I was impressed, and I believe most people wouldn’t notice the annoyances I did, and will be satisfied with the positive things like the amazing noise canceling, ambient sound that can be triggered by placing a hand on a ear cup, connecting to 2 devices, the option for auxiliary (încluded) , and I got 20hrs with noise cancellation on a charge and actually 32hrs without noise canceling.

Listed for $349 I waited and thought about the purchase. They went on sale to $278. Glad I waited but after buying them. I would still pay $349. I initially tried them on at the store 2 months before purchase. The noise cancelling alone is worth it. If you're hesitant don't worry about it. Best buy has an amazing return policy. I've listened to these things for days without charging. They hold a charge in my experience longer than advertised. Charge time is super quick as well. Comes with a great carry case as well. Pro tips watch the how to videos to learn how to use them properly.
