Super easy to learn features Highly recommend

Noise canceling is the best i have come across. I love the fact that i can fold them up and travel with them. Battery life is insane, took them to work and used them for four eight hour days. Towards the end of the fourth i got the low battery warning. Overall very happy with my purchase.

Great upgrade to my old QC 15 headphones.

I am really glad I bought the Sony Headphones. These headphones are very light and comfortable to wear over long periods of time. The noise cancelling is superb. I love the feature where the music and noise cancelling will stop and ambient noise is increased when I begin speaking. very easy to pair with various devices.

THEY ARENT WATER PROOF! NOT RESSISTENT! but all in all its great headphones. The sound, build quality and comfort is 10 out of 10! buy these headphone for anything else but the gym. I wish i would have kept them but i only had enough for workout headphones so i had to return them. But its worth the money! TRUST ME!

This is the first headphones I’ve had where it feels like either my head is to small or my ears are set to high up. On all my old headphones the ear-cups needed to be adjusted down. On this set the ear pieces are all the way up and the band over the top of my head really doesn’t touch anything. Again though they sound good and have a decent play time whether using noise canceling or not. The only way I would recommend is to physically sit and wear them for an extended time. These are over the ear headphones and I initially thought they felt good. It was a little later I figured out they really didn’t git as well as I originally thought.

When it fails...

Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have had these since 2020 and they have worked great for the most part. There are 2 things that are VERY bad about these, 1 from the start and the other just started happening. From the very start I have not been a fan of the fact that you can only pair these to 1 device. Technically 2 but since you need to use an app to control them 1 device will be your phone. The other thing is that when it fails it will deafen you in 1 ear. The incredibly loud (able to be heard from the second floor of my home while I was in the basement) will cause AT LEAST considerable short term pain in 1 ear. I had them on when the issue happened and it was easily the loudest, sharpest and most painful sound I have heard. For comparison, I was in the Navy and worked on the flight deck of a carrier (IYAOYAS) and this was much worse than anything I experienced there. Having said all that, the sound quality was very good and the noise cancelling really did eliminated things like the PC fan noise from my system and the heating/AC noise. The bass is good as well and I feel the build quality is equally decent. The battery life lasted all day with constant use and the time to charge is very short. The range was good and I was able to move through a 1200 SQFT 2 story home while remaining connected to a PC in the basement with no issues. I would have given 4 stars if they had not tried to murder 1 ear.

I have owned them over 2 years and they still quality is the same since the first day I opened the box. As a matter a fact, theres not a time where I am not in awe from how amazing the sound quality is! I always recommend these to people I know that are looking for a new headset to buy, and they are just as happy as I am with the purchase. Best Daily Use Headphones

I work remote but the headphones work great for calls on all types of apps (zoom, google meets, teams, etc) and the ANC blocks off the background noise if you have some family. I only have the occasional connection issues but it isn't anything you can't fix with a quick reset.

She initially bought the Apple AirPods Max, but those were almost $200 more than the WH1000MX4 (bought them on sale). Initially, one of the main draws of the APM was the support for Spatial Audio. For those that don't know though, Spatial Audio is just Apple's marketing term for Dolby Atmos. The reason she thought she needed the Apple APM is b/c she didn't think that Apple Music played Dolby Atmos/Spatial Audio on non-Apple headphones. By default, the settings in Apple Music are set to "Automatically" use Spatial Audio, but the "automatic" part is that it automatically transmits in Spatial Audio for Apple devices (APM, Air Pods, Beats). But if you turn the setting from "Automatic" to "Always", your iPhone will send the Dolby Atmos/Spatial Audio to any headphone that supports it, including these. The sound is great, the noise cancelling is fantastic and they travel well due to their foldability and carrying case. Fantastic value.
