Great headset

It is a little lighter on my head, so I don't feel it at all. The bass response is much better too, doesn't distort so fast like the other one did. I'm a fan.

The sound quality is amazing, and they're extremely comfortable. I wear them while working, for conference calls. They sound good, feel good, and the mic quality is really good too. The noise cancelling is amazing. Over all great headphones.

I previously had a pair of Bose, which are also excellent, but in a different way. The Bose have better noise cancelling, but the Sony headphones have better sound for music and are more comfortable to wear for extended periods.

Very comfortable, easy setup and app has great useful features. On ear feel is amazing as well, the sound quality will blow you away. I just wish apps like Apple Music and Spotify would incorporate 360 sound for the full XM4 experience. Definitely recommend!

I use them around the house and at the gym and they block noise extremely well. The battery is amazing too. Good but not great; I'd pick the Bose NR 700s

At least in my experience, the Bose 700s were the better choice when compared to these and even the AirPods Max. These improve the XM3 that came before them, but still have lesser call quality issues when using on Zoom/WebEx and the sound is a bit too boomy when compared to more accurate headphones that are priced similarly.

While we are glad you like the great sound quality and long-lasting battery life of these headphones, we are sorry if you feel uncomfortable wearing these headphones. The WH1000XM4 has a self-adjusting headband and soft cushioned earcups that cover the whole ear. You may try adjusting the headband slider so that they cover your ears. This will help give you more personalized comfort. Having unusually dry skin can store static electricity in humans. A large amount of static electricity in the body and having contact with electrical devices at the same time can cause stress on the device and/or on your body. You can avoid this from happening by wearing clothing of natural materials that can't store static electricity. For the call quality, these can be improved by updating its firmware to the latest version (2.0.7). The software includes key features, applications, bug fixes, and feature improvements.
