Bad software, good hardware

Almost negative support from Sony. I had issues with this headset randomly turning the ambient mode on and off and Sony just said “get a different headset”. They don’t support the software nearly as much. Besides this the actual audio experience is very nice, comfortable and light headset with a nice rounded lower bass

Speak to chat works for me whenever im at the store or at home doing yard work with my family, and the pause whenever you take them off is helpful as well.

Eh could be better

Also the noise cancellation is okay it could be better, I bought them to use them for the gym but even with the noise cancellation I can still here the gym’s music and The weights hitting the floor.

The first had lasted a long time despite a lot abuse that had occurred due to a lot of air travel. The first model served me well, as is this purchase. I am getting familiar with the new features on these new headphones.

Still havent had to charge them from out of the box. Purchased for use with an electronic drumset that needed to have corded headphones. Nice that these are both bluetooth and corded. Case is a plus.
