Connectivity is one of these issues. There’s a feature on the headphones where after a certain amount of time, the headphones turn off. Whenever I turn them back on, they work fine for a bit before suddenly disconnecting. This continues to happen until I either forget the headphones or I reset my phone.

It cuts out the fan noise extremely well. Controls are easy once learned. I did read the manual. I am not using most of the app functions because they are not useful for my use case

I’m a klutz so i’ve dropped them a few times and they work amazingly!! Aesthetically so pleasing too, love the color. Noise cancellation is pretty good, not as good as Bose. I’ve been using these primarily for tele conferences and have not been disappointed. Their Bluetooth connection range is also a plus, I’d say 40 feet or so.
