    These are great for noise canceling and they only fall short of 5 stars because of the crackling in the left ear cup that many others have reported. This is especially during takeoffs for flights.

For the crackling noise on the left earcup, depending on the surrounding environment, crackling noise may increase when the Ambient Sound Mode is turned on. In that case, cancel the voice focus with the “Sony | Headphones Connect” app. If the noise is still significant, turn off the Ambient Sound Mode.

    Its a very good product. Does everything. Not completely satisfied with audio call quality when compared to the equivalent bose headphones. But it does it better than the XM3s. Audio calls-> 4.5/5 And they're very comfortable.
