-The noise canceling function is effective in low frequency ranges such as airplanes, trains, offices, near air-conditioning, and is not as effective for higher frequencies, such as human voices.

We recommend turning off the touch sensor when you're listening at night to not accidentally activate some of the controls.
Please download the Sony | Headphones Connect app, Go to [System] then Tap the [Touch sensor control panel] switch on the Dashboard to switch the setting between [On] and [Off].

These headphones have a self-adjusting headband and soft cushioned earcups that cover the whole ear. You may try adjusting the headband slider- this will help give you more personalized comfort.

That is where your eardrums work hard to manage the volume that flows through your ear canal. The louder the volume, the bigger the strain on your eardrums, which then causes the feeling of fatigue.
