Neat feature to "mute" the noise cancelling with just the touch of the outer headphone, makes communication with other individuals in the room very easy. Gets the job done

The one issue I have found is that the touch controls on the right headphone are not very responsive, and sometimes take 2 to 3 times to pause the music. The sound quality is good and they are light on my head. I also like that the storage case is compact as can be, and carries the essentials.

They’re super comfy and plush, and NOT too heavy. The noise cancelling function is outrageous! And the speak to mute function comes in handy… the app helps you adjust volume and eq…. And you can change the LEVEL of noise cancelling!

Great product for the price

I use these headphones for when I play my PS5 because it comes with a aux cord. Not a lot of high quality headphones still have aux ports on their products, and I love that Sony still does. The sony app also does a good job of helping you EQ your sound, which beats JBL's app in terms of quality and function. I would suggest spending the money to get these headphones because they will last a long time. Sony makes great listening products.

Best headset for my needs.

Previous version broke after a few months, but this set has held for well over a year with no drop in sound quality both Bluetooth and wired. I use them on my PC with a separate bluetooth adapter for my computer and there is no quality issue. I use my headset for gaming, listening to music, and watching videos. A few issues to list: -Speak to chat often enables itself and I have to disable it by holding 2 fingers on the right side. This happens at random when I talk to people around me with the headset on. -If others in your household also have wireless headsets, the connection might struggle. (Roomates have wireless Steelseries). -No PC interface, it all has to be done through your phone app, which I rarely open. -A little pricey. It's a really good headset, but I would like more people to have access to this.

The Speak-to-Chat mode activates when it detects the speech of the person wearing the headset, but in rare cases it may activate in response to the voices of other people, ambient environmental sounds, transportation announcements, etc. Disable Speak-to-Chat in cases where the Speak-to-Chat mode frequently activates by accident.

Unfortunately, the Sony Headphones Connect app is only supported on iOS and Android mobile devices.

It does a great job keeping out droning noises, but if there's a loud bang anything like that it would pick it up and pause anything I'm listening to at the moment. I've used this for long flights and it's been a godsend for when there are crying children on flights. I've worn it for about 8-10 hours at a time during flights or when I'm honed in on gaming/work and it does get quite hot around the ears so you will sweat. Not sure how to get around that, but the noise canceling, audio quality, and battery life were well worth the purchase. This pair is probably my most expensive purchase as far as OTE headphones go but was worth it. There's an app that you need to download with it but I don't really touch it. Sort of a set and forget and only go back to it if I need to toggle certain settings.

Small issues, but still great headphones

The other thing is that when I’m connected to two devices (IOS), and I take a call, it messes with the whole system until I can figure it out. This could be my own user error so take this with a grain of salt. That being said, these are probably the comfiest headphones I’ve had the pleasure of owning. They might be plastic, but that doesn’t take away from the overall quality at all. I can wear these for hours on end without it hurting my ears or head (and it never has hurt…ever). The sound is great for a casual listener without trained ears, and I love the way they look. Overall, those small issues might take away from these slightly, but I would absolutely buy them again.

Best Headphone Ever

I bought this product while it was on a flash sale, and this was one of the best investments I have ever made. The headphones sit comfortably on your ears, the sound quality is smooth with a sturdy bass, and the noise cancellation is astonishing. The battery life is great too as it can last for almost 20 hours for me. I mainly use it for the gym, and I could go on without charging it for a whole week. With a built-in swiping feature, I am also able to skip through songs and hold down the headphone to muffle the music and listen to outside noise. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking to buy nice headphones for a decent price

Worth the money

The cord unfortunately does not have a mic but you can make calls with the bluetooth and the other person will hear you clearly, The plastic is sturdy and light weight. Battery life is good!

Sony Wh1000xm4 you may be stolen but will be rem….

I recently graduated college with my masters and love using them to study or simply being deep in thought with the ANC feature. However they were stolen. Now I only have the memories of studying together, getting ready for football games, long walks, and helping me with my mental health. Holding one hand on one ear cuff was a killer feature so I can talk and hear my surroundings. I highly recommend and I know the M5 may be even better.
