    Son loves them, much more than his previous Beats. Fits better on ears and the Beats became uncomfortable after wearing for a period of time.

    The app makes these come alive. Trust when I say Tidal and their 360 audio make music sound like an album. The noise canceling and touch pad on the right are the cherry on top.

    Works Great - Proximity Sensor Poorly Placed

    Work fantastically. Knocked a star for the plastic proximity sensor inside the ear cup. My ear pushes right on it and causes discomfort after a few hours. The sensor adds the auto pausing feature. But I would trade it away for not having it rubbing on my ear.

    Sound and ANC are great. Switching between devices when connected to multiple is still very sketchy. Random disconnects even at close range. The mute-when-talk feature sounds great, but not if you find yourself singing along to your music at all. Not really worth the upgrade from the XM3's

      Hi Sneake, we're glad that you like the sound quality and noise canceling function. Make sure to update the software of the headphones (via Sony Headphones Connect app) for optimum performance. You do have the option to turn off the Speak-to-Chat function by holding 2 fingers to the touch sensor control panel. When using the multipoint function, make sure to turn off or pause the music playback of the device that is not in use. You may refer to this link for more information:

    Unbelievable sound and looks, only problem that I had was the cushions pushing on my ear making them very uncomfortable after taking them off after a couple hours. YMMV

      We are sorry if you feel uncomfortable using it after a couple of hours. The WH1000XM4 has a self-adjusting headband and soft cushioned earcups that cover the whole ear. You may try adjusting the headband slider so that they cover your ears. This will help give you more personalized comfort.
