The case is a bit disappointing compared to the Bose but I like the functionality better. The Transparency mode is my favorite feature because I have small kids and sometimes I need to hear them when I’m working or school. The ear cups are not as nice as the Bose but after a day of use you forget about comparing the two and you’ll love these ones better. Did I mention USB-C?

Really liked the touch features and sound quality. Got home and wore them while mowing the lawn. I couldn't believe that the I was getting a rattling sound as I walked. Its as though something inside the headphone was rattling with every step. The long and short.of it is that they are decent as long as you're motionless, i.e. computer, movie, travel etc, but they are not made to be worn while moving or walking and certainly not while running.

Ok but not worth the money

No. I got almost as good sound from my AirPods Pro for almost half the price. I was also disappointed in the noise cancelling/transparency mode. The noise cancelling was great but the transparency mode was terrible, staticky, and sounded like a recording not actual live talk/noise. I am going with the Apple AirPods max instead and I think that they will have the upper hand on all these features. Also the app used for this was confusing and the free offer for streaming services wouldn’t work.

Make sure to install the latest software version of the headphones (via the Sony Headphones Connect app) for optimum performance. You can also use the app's equalizer function to tailor-fit the sound quality to your needs.
Depending on the ambient condition and the type/volume of audio playback, the ambient sound may not be heard even when using the Ambient Sound Mode. Do not use the headset in places where it would be dangerous if you are unable to hear ambient sounds such as on a road with car and bicycle traffic. You can change the settings of the Ambient Sound Mode by connecting the smartphone (with the “Sony | Headphones Connect” app installed) and the headset via Bluetooth connection. Voice focus: Unwanted noise will be suppressed while announcements or people’s voices are picked up, allowing you to hear them as you listen to music.
