I work remote but the headphones work great for calls on all types of apps (zoom, google meets, teams, etc) and the ANC blocks off the background noise if you have some family. I only have the occasional connection issues but it isn't anything you can't fix with a quick reset.

Worth the cost

Battery lasts forever and easily connects to my computer and my phone seamlessly. Worth the money, and IMO better than the Bose on my own big head. My only minor complaint is how my glasses push against my head for a longer session, maybe 3-4 hours straight, but that has nothing to do with the product.

Definitely a huge improvement with the noise cancellation than the xm3. Also the ability to use no with just one but two Bluetooth devices is a plus for me since I do tend to use it with my phone and laptop. Also the comfortably has improved for the ears. Great product! I was a bit hesitant to pay the price tag these come with. So I bought a less expensive brand, I was dissatisfied and returned them for the Sony WH-1000XM4. I am so glad I did! I have sensitive ears and some cartilage piercings that sometimes get pressed too hard and I end up with a headache. These headsets are pillowy soft.

Great features as it stops playing when you start a conversation with others and using gestures for controls, for example. Almost flawless, 4 stars as my wife says when i call her she can still hear the tv in the background supposedly. Look forward to using them on my next flight. Was a great deal since i got them on sale for black friday.

I was hearing musical textures in songs I've listened to for years for the first time. The only negative thing I have to say about it is how sensitive the touch pad is. And it definitely delivers. Noise cancelling is great, comfort is great, and sound is amazing. Very convenient having multiple devices on Bluetooth.
