But biggest problem is multi device support. I paired it with apple TV and two iPhones and one Mac book. Whenever I turn on the Sony Headphone it's automatically connects last connected device (for example last connected device may be iPhone). If I want to connect to Apple TV, I have to remove the device and pair aging. Sony need to do something on that.

Posted .Hi Wills, while we are glad to hear that you are happy with the comfort and sound quality of your WH1000XM4, we are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with its bluetooth connection feature. Once a device and the headset are paired, there is no need to pair them again. Connect to devices already paired with the headset using the methods necessary for each device.
For this, if you are pairing the headphones to your TV, please turn off the Bluetooth connection of your mobile device.

If you turn on the noise canceling and put ear plugs or the air plane ear buds underneath, you won't be able to hear anything.

The sound quality while playing dance music was unparallel. I will definitely enjoy these for work purposes only ahem.. the USB C cord is pretty small in length but it charges quickly. The ear customization settings for better sound quality was mind blowing

I am NOT giving 5 stars is only because of this one option missing which i need a lot which is there is no option to switch between the connected devices. Ex: I use these headphones with my Cell phone and Laptop so it would have been better if there was some button which allows you to switch to previously paired devices which my Bose Sound Sport ear phones do rather than going to the device and connecting.

Best ANC Headphones around!

I've owned the Sony XM2 & XM3 prior to these. These improved on the ANC from the XM3 and those are still considered one of the best. The multipoint connection makes these so much better. My only issue with these would be that the "cabin pressure" feeling on these are ever slightly more noticeable than the previous models.

Grandma’s Like These Headphones!

The music quality is outstanding. It cancels out noise and when you turn your head to the left or speak, it stops the sound that are coming through the headphones. I compare the two and I could say the NC on the Bose without music I do feel is slightly better. The Sony there is a hissing that is well heard. With the audio on it is hard to determine which one of the two are better. If you’re someone that enjoys more bass I would highly recommend going with the Sony over the Bose . I don’t think you can go wrong with either one. The app for the Sony though gives you so much more room to play with the options and adjusting it to your own means.

We appreciate your review of the headphones. Good to know that you like its sound quality and the dedicated app support (Sony Headphones Connect app). Make sure to update the software version of the headphones (via the Sony app) for optimum performance.
The noise canceling function is effective in low-frequency ranges such as airplanes, trains, offices, near air-conditioning, and is not as effective for higher frequencies, such as human voices. Check that the Adaptive Sound Control is turned off. Check the setting of the Adaptive Sound Control on the “Sony | Headphones Connect” app. When the Adaptive Sound Control is turned on, the noise canceling function may become insufficient.
