Good headphones - never get wet

Do not get these wet you will regret it they will stop working. Also sometimes they fall of my head but idk if I just have a tiny head. They never break when they fall tho

Nice sound but Bluetooth connectivity issue

However this model has serious connectivity issues. It does not automatically connect to your paired Bluetooth device (at least my headphone) and you need to reset the headphone every time before connecting which is pain. Quite disappointed but I am sure Sony will fix it in future.

We definitely want to get this fixed for you so you can actually enjoy your music. Please try these steps to see if they clear up that connection glitch:
-Make sure to check the Sony | Sound Connect app for any available firmware updates.
-Go into your device’s Bluetooth settings and "Forget" the headphones. Then, do the same on any other devices they might be paired to.
-Try a initialization. Find detailed instructions here: https://helpguide.sony.net/mdr/wh1000xm4/v1/en/contents/TP0002752746.html

I put them on at the store to try out the noise cancelling feature and was blown away with how incredibly quiet it was with them on! Especially compared to a busy loud store like Beat Buy. Met her half way on the price and picked up the newer version M4 in blue for myself. Loved my M3’s and love my M4’s just as much. Highly recommended if you want some of the best sound and noise canceling available. You won’t be disappointed!
