I have gen 2 and bought this for my son as college gift. I personally prefer this design compared to the new version. Compact and lightweight!!! Better calling feature

I’ve had headphones from all kinds of brands, including Apple, Bose, and Soundcore, and these are by far the best. They look really nice and sound even better. Their noise cancellation and other features are far superior to anything I’ve owned to date.

The noise canceling and sound quality coming from these headphones are really great and the included carrying case and aux/ flight adapter really top this pair off.

You would expect nothing less from Sony. The only real issue I have with these is the build quality, the plastic housing gives them a real cheap feel. However, thus far they have shown no degradation or apparent wear and tear.

The only con is they are comfortable for a few hours but if you wear glasses they may start to become a little less comfortable after a couple of hours.

Very sweet noise-cancellation.

It works similar but not that extreme. I used these to study in Starbucks during heavy traffic. It does well in blocking, enough to concentrate and still be able to faintly hear your named being called.

She kept taking my airpods pro because of the ANC. These provide ANC and are stylish while doing so. My girlfriend fell in love instantly and uses them all day because of the 30 or so hour battery.

Pricey, but so worth it

Blows away Beats.. I had the XM3's but returned them after trying the XM4. Better fit, microphones, and ability to connect to (2) bluetooth devices simultaneously. I use them for my iphone & Mac simultaneously, meaning i can easily switch back & forth. HTH
