The sounds from music still leak through the headphones but if you use them on a medium volume level then you should be good

This is not the usual case with our XM4. We recommend to try and adjust the headband of your XM4 to the desired fit but it will not hurt your head or ears. Pricey but good quality

My only hiccup is using my iPhone to download music. Other than that, it takes a few days to adjust to the settings. The headphones can listen up to around 24 hours.
