The noise canceling future is great and the audio is amazing, so if you only plan to use these for music, definitely purchase these. If you plan on using these for work calls on PC, avoid these. They didn’t work well with MS Teams or Webex. Every time I got on a call, the person on the other end couldn’t hear me and I was forced to connect to my phone or use another headset. Your feedback is greatly appreciated. For optimum performance, make sure to install the latest software version of the headphones (via the Sony Headphones Connect app). These steps may also help improve call quality:
-Turn up the volume of the headset and the connected device.
-Re-establish the connection between the headphones and your source device. Select HFP or HSP for the profile.
-You can also check the settings of the app that you are using for mic sensitivity/volume if available.

The material works for now. However, this is the 2nd replacement pair of which has been a few years. The first pair the ear foam material began to peel away with everyday use. If anything this would be the only thing I'd say that could be improved.

Your feedback regarding the earpads peeling is greatly appreciated. Skin moisture and sweat can lead to headphones pads peeling. Therefore, you should always wipe your ear pads after using them and always store your headphones in a case or protective bag when not in use. To avoid cracking or peeling of the earpads due to long term contact with bodily fluids e.g. sweat or oil, always clean them by wiping it with dry soft tools such as cotton swabs, balls, or pads. Avoid using any sharp or potentially damaging materials or tools.
