Super comfortable and the sound quality is excellent. The noise canceling feature is next level and the fact that I can be connected to two devices at the same time and not have to manually switch back and forth between devices is pretty cool. 40mm drivers still here, unlike on the XM5s (30mm)

These XM4s are 40mm and if you prefer punchier and fuller bass I'd stick to the XM4s. Battery life, comfort and sound are amazing here. I don't see much reason to "upgrade" to the new XM5s? ANC performance is stellar. You can find third party ear cups too. That's a major contributing factor for me when buying premium headphones. If I can easily replace the ear cups. XM5s are not worth the upgrade. These XM4s are still an amazing value, especially when they go on sale.

Very comfortable on our flight from California to Hawaii and back. Barely dented the power reserve according to the excellent app. designed for use with these headphones. A bit tricky getting them back in the case, but that's about it for the criticism.

Top Notch ANC

I've had the XM-2s for the last 6 years or so and they were still going strong. The only reason I upgraded was because of the sale and ease of charging (they were my only device that was still on the old USB type). I gifted those to a friend and changed over to these. Battery life is still excellent, comfort can't be beat, and I still can't hear babies crying on an airplane with only needing to turn the volume up to below midpoint. These are my ideal headphones and I will sweat by them over other brands, having tried beats and Bose before and just not being as satisfied.

Best Headphones I've ever bought!

I take video meetings and people can hear me clearly. The sound cancelling function works very well. And the battery life is amazing. I can use them all day for 4 days before the battery dies.

Best NC headset I have ever used

They fit very comfortably over my reading glasses and I can wear them all day. The battery life is long enough for a twelve hour work day. Very consistent Bluetooth. I know there's an updated version, but this one still delivers and is cheaper than the updated one. Connecting to a device (or even devices) is seamless. Battery life is pretty good, can easily last a whole day and still have some juice left. Overall, it's a worthwhile investment and it even comes with a carrying case.

I just started my grad program so I bought these for their noise cancellation capabilities. I can say they are extremely helpful! I tend to use the the noise cancellation without any music so I can focus on reading and only light some noises make it through. Noise cancellation is absolutely perfect when I’m listening to anything! Come with a traveling case and airplane adapter! Bluetooth user easy to use and battery lasts a long time I can’t remember the last time I charged them!

They work great in the gym or walking around campus. I have really long and big curly hair in the headphones still sit comfortably over my ears. I do tend to sweat a lot around my temples when I work out, so I make sure to clean them once a week. I can usually go two days without charging them with constant headphone use does noise cancellation works great when I’m not on a silent floor of the library and the ambience is perfect for when I’m in the gym, but someone is asking me a question!
