Fantastic noise cancelling. Great colour. My only issue is the battery is finicky when it comes to charging. I ONLY use these headphones for flights so after some odd battery remaining figures, I just charge before flying (regardless of what the battery indicator says) and all is usually okay. I am taking away 1 star for the 2moverseas flights in which my headphones died 1 hour in due to me thinking there was 90% battery left.

Have owned Bose noise cancelling, JLab in ear, Apple wired and in-ear wireless. When it comes to hearing all the nuances of just music, these are hands down my fave. So many options that it takes a little time to learn all it will do. Gotta tackle dealing with "Alexa" smart home devices next. My first time with a Sony product and looking forward to many more. Long life between charges - a huge plus. Don't buy anything until you try these. Highly recommend them.

But for general listening they’re pretty good. I pair them with my TV for video games and I use them with my phone to play music. The audio quality is very good. My only complaint in that realm is that the volume doesn’t get quite loud enough for my taste. I had the old version and they got very hot. These have the same issue. If you’re going to wear them for video games after an hour or so they get pretty sweaty. There seriously lacking in the looks department but that’s not a dealbreaker

Creaky hinge, but second pair is great

Wish they were a little more snug. I have a small head and they can be a little loose for me. Mostly just if I lower my head.

Great quality and features

Excellent Noise cancellation Nice range, nice battery life, great features, better than Bose 700 headphones. But, my requirement was to connect to three devices and two at the same time (ipad and iphone) and want to switch seamlessly when a call comes while watching movie in ipad. Sony WH-1000XM4 doesn't do that (Bose 700 does that well). So, I had to return it. I tried Bose Studio 3, which is not even comparable to this Sony in noise cancellation. I am sticking with my Bose

I was debating between the XM5s and these and these were more comfortable and felt slimmer. Gamers choice real 3D audio for VR and online FPS

Before buying these I tested a few other wireless headsets but I can say that only these accurately depicted where enemies were coming from. Also these headphones are amazing for using with the Meta Quest 2 via bluetooth. You'll be even more immersed in whatever you're doing in VR with the rich audio quality and deep bass these provide. I love them and I'm sure you will too.

Awesome Headphones

I found these to be very comfortable and light. Easy to wear and sound great. They have a graphic equalizer in the apple phone app which is great. Noise canceling is very good. The controls are much better than my older Sony headphones. I like that I can put my hand on the right side and can hear my wife talking. Also I can listen to something on my laptop and if my phone rings it will switch to it.

I even use them for gaming on the playstation sometimes becasue of the bass. I really like that these are noise cancelling, but also let you have the option to hear your surroundings. I wouldnt purchase them if you work out becasue they are not water proof and not really for sweating. I should of bought these sooner tbh.. Highly reccomend them, also got them on sale. Oh and the app for these headphones could be better but they constanly update it so its not an issue so much

They feel like a pillow too super satisfied with them!!!

The battery life is impressive, often lasting longer than I'd expect, and the noise-cancelling functionality is top-notch, really letting me immerse myself in my music or podcasts. However, there are a couple of gripes. The built-in Alexa support can be hit or miss, and the mobile app isn't the most user-friendly. Additionally, the adaptive noise-cancelling feature isn't really my cup of tea. Still, overall, these headphones deliver where it counts.

I paired this with AirPods Pro underneath in noise cancellation mode and could barely hear the loud jet on a plane. I was able to comfortably watch shows with no distraction from the noisy cabin. The headset itself is good for listening a few hours at a time. It’s closed back so your ears can get warm at times and depending on the size of ears can cause minor discomfort after hours of listening. The battery life on these is outstanding

The battery life is excellent as well. When the headphones die, it takes around 5-10 minutes for it to charge all the way up and it lasts a long time.
