Best headphones I've ever owned

My last set was actually a pair of Sony wh- xb900n's, which I liked but wasn't blown away by. These blow them away. I like the fit of the XB's a bit more, but these aren't uncomfortable at all. The sound paired with the noise-reduction makes buying these a no-brainer.

The headphones are designed to be both comfortable and stylish. The sound quality is impeccable. The only con I would like to point out is that sometimes the headphones will automatically connect to other devices they have been paired with and will refuse to connect to my current device without holding down the bluetooth button and pairing again.

We're sorry to hear that you are having issues with Bluetooth communication on the headphones. If you touch an NFC-compatible smartphone to the headset while the headset is connected to another Bluetooth device, the connection switches to the smartphone (One-touch connection switching). However, the connection cannot be switched when talking on a headset connected to a Bluetooth-compatible mobile phone.
When an NFC-compatible smartphone is connected to the headset, if the smartphone is touched by another NFC-compatible Bluetooth headset or Bluetooth speaker, the smartphone is disconnected from the headset and connected to the Bluetooth device.

Awesome, but too big

However, I tend to have a big head, seriously, and these are still too loose even on the tightest setting. So I cannot wear them out and about to to do much movement which hugely takes away from why I bought them.

My only issue is the slide when I work out but to be honest I have that figured out. The bass boost feature on these gives just the right amount. Sound is crisp and clean. Better than my AirPods.

Quality Headset!!

I use the noise canceling feature in order to focus with my work and it does the job. I used it between 4-6 hours and I never felt like my head is being squeezed by the headphones.

The block out a majority of noise and are comfortable, especially since I don’t like ear pods because you have stick something in your ear.

Bought them because I was going to be flying for 10 hours and I lost one of my air pods pro. The noise cancellation is excellent. Didn’t hear the airplane engines and I was sitting by the wing. They were comfortable on my ears. Love the app you can download because it includes an equalizer you can adjust for didn’t music genres. Overall happy with my purchase.

She said she honestly cannot find anything wrong with them. Great sound and noise-canceling (she uses these in a hectic work environment), clever mute feature, easy connection to her cell or PC, comfortable. These come in several nice colors, but they did not promote this in-store. The price is a little scary, but comparable to competing brands.

I can wear these all day and forget that they're even on. Also love the controls and sound customization options. Definitely the best pair of consumer headphones you'll ever buy. The only complaint I have about them is that the headphones occasionally pause for no reason. Maybe, it thinks I'm talking when I'm not(it pauses automatically when you start talking) but it's slightly upsetting when that happens(which has probably been about 5 times in the month that I've had it.). Other than that, it's a solid pair of headphones.

Not perfect but close compared to others

I did a lot of research from YouTube to reviews like on here to help me determine which was best for me. So it always seemed that Sony's XM3 and XM4 always stood out amongst its competitors. So I waited for a deal to come along because let's face it I wasn't going to spend $350 for a pair of headphones. Well, I just missed these going on sale for $199 by a day so I waited again until the XM3 went on sale for $169 and thought that was a steal so I order them right away, When I received them I liked everything about them. They felt nice over my ears and with the customization to the sound it made them sound awesome. They were hands down the best-sounding headphones I have ever worn. I previously had Beats and JBL. There was an issue and it mattered to me a lot and that was when I tried to use them to make and receive phone calls. Nobody could hardly hear me on the other end and after messing with them for a while and doing some research it seemed this was a big issue with these headphones so I returned them. I ended up getting the Bose QuietComfort 35 and those didn't even come close to being nice compared to the Sony XM3 especially because there was no ability to customize the sound you had to use the EQ from your phone in which I have an I-Phone that has preset EQ in which I think the I-Phones preset EQ's are horrid, to say the least. I also had similar issues with the Bose on people not hearing me very well on phone calls. So I returned them to try and get my Sony XM3 back but they did have any and would have to order them in which they wouldn't give me my sales price instead they were back to $350. So I was out of luck so I waited until these came on sale for $289 but I had a 10% discount plus cashback rewards and walked out paying $235 for the Sony XM4 and they worked perfectly even with phone calls but what I am not happy about and I don't understand why Sony decided to do this but the XM3 has way more customization with the sound and EQ through their app then does the XM4 even though its the same app. So the XM4 doesn't sound as nice as the XM3 because of that. They still sound wonderful but if I was to pick a headset the XM3 are way better if you get one where the mic for phone calls isn't having issues. Well that's my 2 cents I hope it helps somebody

I've had them about a month now, and I do not regret the purchase. Sound quality is almost 100% balanced, higher ends seem to get a bit cut out. Noice cancelling truly is amazing. Battery life is seriously outstanding, I'm not constantly worried about having to make sure it's charged. Also has a great case that makes me feel like it is protected.

'ear is sheer happiness

The XM4 is much more compact in that it folds up tightly and fits into a smaller, more transportable case than its newer sibling. The noise cancellation is fantastic and I often cannot hear my wife when she is calling to me. Fit is of course very subjective. I do not have a huge head, and I wear glasses. The headphones seal well and physically isolate sound to augment the noise cancellation. I even tried them while mowing the lawn and they successfully muted mower engine roar while I listened to tunes. They do feel a bit tight after a while but that's why adjusting them when removing them from the case is so important. I adjust the sound profile in the Headphones app to deemphasize the bass and the sound works well for me. Attack and frequency response seems good on music and speech adding both intelligibility and nuance to movies, music, and speech. I am no audiphile but I can recognize good headphones and these are absolutely perfect for me.
