For example, if I'm on a conference call on my computer, then a phone call comes in the audio may drop if I don't reject the call quickly and then I have to reconnect, which can be disruptive. So I normally turn off Bluetooth on my phone while I'm on Microsoft teams calls.

It's a bit more expensive than other brands...however, I purchased the most expensive headset at GameStop and I had to return it 3x! The earpiece kept breaking!
