Sound really good but possible glitch

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sound pretty good but once I power up the headphones, the volume starts at around 75% up even tho I never leave or even use them at this volume level. Took back first pair because of this and the replacement did the same thing. So if they’re all like this, be careful when first turning on music after powering on headphones. Not sure is these split seconds of high volumes will damage headphones. Turning down the volume all the way after powering on doesn’t fix issue either. As soon as I first press play after powering on, that’s when the volume is way too high. And unfortunately, I have to press play in order to lower the volume.

Incredible comfort and sound

As soon as the XM4s released I knew I’d be grabbing a pair. It’s had to improve on perfection, but Sony somehow has. Sound is incredible, extremely comfortable for long listening sessions, and the gestures to navigate songs is intuitive. Hands down worth the money, especially when you can grab them on sale.
