Noise cancellation is great. The fact that I can connect with two devices at one time is worth it. It provides a super rich bass with clear lows with highs.

Nice noise-cancelling over-the-ear headphones

I have not taken any trips since receiving these, so I don't know how well they will work against the noise of jet engines. I did, however, try listening to a quiet audio recording (Barber's "Adagio for Strings") while sitting next to a running vacuum cleaner. The headphones performed well to dramatically reduce the sounds of the vacuum cleaner. I could turn the headphone noise cancelling off to see what a difference the electronic feature provides -- well beyond the "ear muffs" effect of their over-the-ear design.
