Out of all the new Sony headphones, these are by far the best. Bose were terrible and other Sony models we tried were crap, even the more expensive ones. There are where it’s at! Noise canceling is perfect. Sound leakage is minimal, sound is great

I work in a very load environment, and can use them during the work. They the best you can possibly get for that purpose, and I have tried few more well known brands the most expensive models. This Sony model is the best as of today 08/2022

I would probably get a skin on them since the matte material can get scratched up but other than that, it is a very good device

Only con is they can slide off my head every once in a while (it is smaller than average though). The battery power is 10/10. Sound quality is amazing. Noise canceling is 9.5/10. Would definitely recommend!

However, it is confusing at times to remember which way to swipe across the headphones to turn up the volume or switch songs. I’ve also noticed that the headphones will change from noise cancellation to ambient without me doing it and I don’t know if that’s a simple fix or if it’s something else.

Regarding the controls, for volume, swipe up repeatedly for louder and down repeatedly for quieter; for tracks, swipe forward for the next song and backward for the previous song. The automatic mode change is likely due to the Adaptive Sound Control or Speak-to-Chat features in the Sony | Headphones Connect app. Please open the app and disable both of those features to keep it locked on Noise Cancellation. The noise cancellation works really well so you can focus on your work, and the sound quality is also very nice. The headphones have an ambient mode so you can switch between noise cancellations and normal mode, it does this automatically or you can do it manually.
