Definitely a huge improvement with the noise cancellation than the xm3. Also the ability to use no with just one but two Bluetooth devices is a plus for me since I do tend to use it with my phone and laptop. Also the comfortably has improved for the ears. Great product! Worth the cost

Battery lasts forever and easily connects to my computer and my phone seamlessly. Worth the money, and IMO better than the Bose on my own big head. My only minor complaint is how my glasses push against my head for a longer session, maybe 3-4 hours straight, but that has nothing to do with the product.

But that’s where you would be wrong they still hold up to be some of the best sounding headphones to date. Also, I know people don’t like to download apps for a lot of things, But the app that works with this pair of headphones Is worth it because of all the features that it holds you can have a custom EQ you can tweak different options in there. The pass-through is really nice as well. There’s a lot of great features.

They block out 90% of regular noises that I would normally hear on buses (light fixture buzzing), arguments, drunk party goers, and etc. They also make it more likely for me to have my own sense of space when I am anywhere. I get to be comfortable and well contained in the spaces that I'm in, like a I'm the only person in the world. The noise cancelling features, atmospheric pressure adapter, and different sound modes are added benefits that you never know you needed until you have it! I also have sound more headphones but these ones best them and I always have them on even in bed. They are also a beautiful black color and I am wearing them out but they aren't really showing signs of wear or waning sound quality. Best impulse purchase ever!

I was a bit hesitant to pay the price tag these come with. So I bought a less expensive brand, I was dissatisfied and returned them for the Sony WH-1000XM4. I am so glad I did! Great features as it stops playing when you start a conversation with others and using gestures for controls, for example. Almost flawless, 4 stars as my wife says when i call her she can still hear the tv in the background supposedly. Look forward to using them on my next flight. Was a great deal since i got them on sale for black friday.

I’m not sure what I think of the touch controls over other headphones I’ve used, but these are very comfortable with a long battery life and great sound. All that said, I think you can’t go wrong with these or Bose. Just go with whichever you prefer.

Clearest headphones I've ever heard.

I have a pair of Bose QC headphones, and the clarity of sound from the Sony is far better. The noise-cancelling is also better on the Sony. I do find the headphones are bit sensitive to touch for the the controls, but once I get them set right they are phenomenal.
