I can’t get them to connect to my Mac but I also haven’t tried that hard either.

Headband could be softer (top of head gets tender after several hours of continuous use), but these are the most comfortable headphones.

Surreal Sound and Noise Cancellation!!

I mainly use these for hitting the gym and I love how I’m just vibing in my own zone. A bit of a hassle when I make any sound and it pauses my playlist to allow me to hear outside noise but aside from that, great headphone which I really enjoyed purchasing at a discount!!

Good to know that your investment is worth it. We're sorry to learn the headphones pauses the music when you make any sound.
The Speak-to-Chat mode activates when it detects the speech of the person wearing the headset, but in rare cases it may activate in response to the voices of other people, ambient environmental sounds, transportation announcements, etc. Disable Speak-to-Chat in cases where the Speak-to-Chat mode frequently activates by accident. If you want to enable it, hold 2 fingers to the touch sensor control panel until you hear the voice guidance say, “Speak-to-chat activated”.
You can also use the “Sony | Headphones Connect” app to switch between enabled/disabled, change the sensitivity of the automatic audio detection, and change the time until the Speak-to-Chat mode ends.

Great Sound and Isolation

First the sound. I've been using wired headphones for years. Tied (by wire) to the computer, I have dutifully sat in my chair for hours, watching instructional videos, etc. Now, I get up and walk around, still hearing the audio, while stretching my legs, even walking around the house. The no-sound is just as enjoyable. I'm wearing them now, while my wife is watching tv. Very quiet.
