Sound leakage is typically caused by an imperfect seal around the ears, which not only allows sound out but also compromises the noise-canceling performance. Please try slightly adjusting the position of the earcups over your ears to ensure they sit flush and completely cover them, as even a small gap can allow sound to escape. If repositioning doesn't help, checking the condition of the earpads for wear or damage may be necessary, and our support team can assist you with earpad replacement options if needed. These headphones are godsend, I use them everywhere and I wear glasses 24/7. I usually dislike headphones because my ears get sore from the pressure, these are super light! Perfect fit, great quality. I saw a lot of people mention the mic is bad, I don’t share that same experience. All around great headphones, I’m looking to get the XM5’s soon because I love these ones so much!
