    Love these headphones, but hey do irritate my ear piercings. The color and sound quality are great and I would say he cancellation is better than most Beats that I have had in the past. I'm officially a part of the Sony crew.

    Best sounding bluetooth headphones I have heard. The noise cancelling easily handles busy traffic or loud noise. The bluetooth hissing found on all bluetooth headphones is minimal. Nothing will ever beat wired headphones, but these manage to matchup incredibly well.

  • Nice sound but Bluetooth connectivity issue

    I bought this during thanksgiving, assuming this was a good product. However this model has serious connectivity issues. It does not automatically connect to your paired Bluetooth device (at least my headphone) and you need to reset the headphone every time before connecting which is pain. Quite disappointed but I am sure Sony will fix it in future.

      We definitely want to get this fixed for you so you can actually enjoy your music. Please try these steps to see if they clear up that connection glitch:

      -Make sure to check the Sony | Sound Connect app for any available firmware updates.

      -Go into your device’s Bluetooth settings and "Forget" the headphones. Then, do the same on any other devices they might be paired to.

      -Try a initialization. Find detailed instructions here: https://helpguide.sony.net/mdr/wh1000xm4/v1/en/contents/TP0002752746.html
