The noise cancellation is also amazing. My favorite feature is definitely the pass through, being able to put your hand on the ear cup and hear others around you is so useful, especially since I am in a busy household. I love how they come with a carrying case, and fold!!! A lot of headphones now do not fold which is wild to me. Easy to transport, and store, oh and the battery life is awesome!

The features are also nice with the touch on the side. My only complaint is that the top of the headphones gets uncomfortable after about 2 hours of strait usage.

I was actually going to purchase a pairs o Bose at first but, after reading reviews on Sony's I decided to go with these. I am so happy that I chose these Sony headphones. Very light weight, easy to set up, sound quality is amazing and the pitch that plays in your ear is amazing. I am coming from a wired pair of sennheiser headphones that cost over 4 times the price of these, and surprisingly these headphones exceeded my expectations in both sound quality and build quality. Here’s My small list of things I think you should consider 1.) The fit. I’d recommend trying them on In store before purchasing, for me the ear cups are a little to shallow to wear for longer than an hour comfortably. 2.) the bass, I might be nitpicking but in my opinion this bass just sounds too muddy, regardless of how I change it in the app. Don’t mistake what I consider “shortcomings” as a detractor, they are highly rated for a reason and overall I was impressed, and I believe most people wouldn’t notice the annoyances I did, and will be satisfied with the positive things like the amazing noise canceling, ambient sound that can be triggered by placing a hand on a ear cup, connecting to 2 devices, the option for auxiliary (încluded) , and I got 20hrs with noise cancellation on a charge and actually 32hrs without noise canceling.

I previously had older Sony 900 something over ear. They were really good. These were a big step up. These are amazing. Sound quality is great. There is a separate Sony app to change all the settings. There is a lot to adjust if you want but work great out of the box. Noise cancelling is really good too. Can hear much when they are on. Perfect for traveling. Battery life is long too. Nothing bad to say about them.

Listed for $349 I waited and thought about the purchase. They went on sale to $278. Glad I waited but after buying them. I would still pay $349. I initially tried them on at the store 2 months before purchase. The noise cancelling alone is worth it. If you're hesitant don't worry about it. Best buy has an amazing return policy. I've listened to these things for days without charging. They hold a charge in my experience longer than advertised. Charge time is super quick as well. Comes with a great carry case as well. Pro tips watch the how to videos to learn how to use them properly.

I've tried a handful of other sets of headphones that have managed one of the two requirements, but never both. The Sony's manage both and have great sound to my untrained ears. The only ding I'd give them is the touch controls in general, but I tend to use these with my laptop and control most aspects with that rather than the headphones. Still 5 stars because I wasn't planning to toy with touch controls much anyway and the thing that matters (ANC) has a physical button.

My recent flight to LA was a good test for this product and it did well! The noise canceling, ambient noise features and fasforward/rewind/pause features worked very good, love the mid night blue color! The wireless and bluetooth capabilities were good, paired fairly quick with my phone, TV, AV receiver and laptop. Not sure if it's needed or not but the app for these headphones helped me out, so I'd suggest downloading and using the app for these headphonesl!! Too early yet to give 5 stars, so far so good! I need to see how durable this product will be over time before giving 5 stars! Bit pricey though but thanks for BB gift card, previous BB credit on acct and Christmas gift card from coworker, I was able to afford these headphones, don't think I would have purchased them had that not been the case! So far however, this product is good and I would recommend them if you can afford them but if not, try and wait til they go on sale!!

I took forever to decide and I looked at a bunch of reviews, and in the end I chose the Sonys. I was leaning towards the Bose and almost got them... My good friend chose the Bose that same day and honestly, it is a matter of preference because they are both great! I chose these because of the little features, like how you can put your right hand over the right earphone, and it pauses and turns off the noise cancelling so that you can hear around you. That feature has come in handy so many times. The noise cancelling is great. Although I like the Bose design and look, these look good too. Just by looking at these headphones, you can tell that you don’t accidentally buy these! I highly recommend.

These fit so well, i was shocked at how comfortable they could be. The noise cancelling made my jaw drop. Id never been able to get headphones to fit well enough to experience it until i tried these.

While I've yet to utilize all functions of this, I can say that what it sells you on (Battery life, ANC - Active Noise Cancelling) and built in assistant (Alexa/Google Assist), it does amazingly well. The promise of dual connectivity will help greatly from the work from home life. Toggling between Videos on one device (laptop) and an incoming phone call (cell phone) is seamless to the point that (dual connectivity) it happens immediately and reverts back to what you were doing. Very impressed but it's not a must, more so a huge bonus. Plus a user like myself who is an active traveler will utilize both the promise of cancelling surrounding noises while enjoying music.
