It does a pretty good job of sealing off outside sound even without the noise cancelling on, and with it on it's pretty amazing. This headphone is also rests on the head quite comfortably. I haven't had it on for extended periods, so I can't yet attest to its comfort for a long a flight or a long winter's night, but so far, so good. I do recommend them, especially if you get them on sale as I did.

I loaned mine to my boyfriend last night so he could watch TV while I practiced drums, and he fell asleep on the couch with them for a solid 2 hours while I banged on drums 6 feet from his head.

The better life is amazing, I only have to charge them once a week. The noise canceling is top notch you don’t even need the volume to be turned up that loud for it to kick in and I just love the design of them

I get overstimulated a lot and I really wanted a pair of headphones that had noise cancelling (I have a pair of AirPods but I feel like they don’t do much) and these are perfect. I wear them everyday, at home and at work and sometimes to sleep (they do stay on!) and they’re super comfortable. 10/10. I would buy another pair for sure.

Life changing for traveling

Tried the Bose quietcomfort initially and returned them for these instead. I used them on a trans Atlantic flight and it was incredible, couldn't hear the airplane at all. Battery seriously lasts FOREVER and the foldability is very convenient.

Great noise canceling and battery life

The noise canceling is amazing, and the ambient mode is great as sometimes I'd like to be able to hear my surroundings when listening to my music. I was debating between the XM5s and these and these were more comfortable and felt slimmer. I have really enjoyed these anywhere I go including the plane where it blocks out all sound except announcements. Overall I highly recommend

Expensive but worth it

The one downside is you can't charge and listen wirelessly at the same time. But the recharge speed is fast and battery lasts long, so that isn't really a problem. You can also plug it into a 3.5mm audio jack, which the wire is thankfully included, but noise cancelling won't be available if you use it that way.

But I could care less because THEY ARE WORTH UR MONEY. It can last days a couple days with full charge. The noise cancelling does work really well and the ambient sound feature allows me to hear things when I’m outside, so that itself is convenient. Overall 10/10. Absolutely love!
