But I returned them, I purchased the Sony headphones and I absolutely love them. They work great with my cell phone and my gaming laptop. I recommend these to anyone. Earpieces become hot too quickly, even in cool weather. 2) Active noise cancellation (ACN): Very good. 3) Sound quality: Underwhelming sound quality if EQ within Sony app is not used. If EQ and app are used, sound quality improves to Good. Does not support AptX L, plus LDAC cannot be used if multipoint connection is selected. 4) Bluetooth connectivity: Multipoint function very poorly implemented - just doesn't work consistently. Otherwise stable bluetooth connectivity. 5) Controls: Touch pad works surprisingly well, BUT needs more than 1 programmable button - only allows choice of summoning Voice Assistant or control over ANC level Need both.

I had the lower model before this and debated spending more money for the upgrade and really glad I did. Comes with a nice case for storage and they're extremely durable! I workout about 5 days/week and they are used every time I'm in the gym. Excellent noise cancelation quality and so easy to adjust your equalizer as well from the app. I love these and would absolutely recommend them!
