    These are descent headphones but I don’t think they’re worth the price. The noise canceling future is great and the audio is amazing, so if you only plan to use these for music, definitely purchase these. If you plan on using these for work calls on PC, avoid these. They didn’t work well with MS Teams or Webex. Every time I got on a call, the person on the other end couldn’t hear me and I was forced to connect to my phone or use another headset. For Music: Amazing Product For Work Calls with a PC based software: No so great

Your feedback is greatly appreciated. For optimum performance, make sure to install the latest software version of the headphones (via the Sony Headphones Connect app). These steps may also help improve call quality:

      -Turn up the volume of the headset and the connected device.
      -Re-establish the connection between the headphones and your source device. Select HFP or HSP for the profile.
      -You can also check the settings of the app that you are using for mic sensitivity/volume if available.
