Bought these to replace my Beats, so far they’ve been great. The battery easily lasts the week and I use them daily. They’re comfortable to wear and don’t feel very tight around the ears (like the Beats did). Noise-cancelling works so great I don’t even need to put music on sometimes. All that said, I don’t like how they stay connected to the last device they were connected to as I switch between my phone and mac often. The volume adjustment or the pause function by touch seem to lag. I really like the voice when you’ve been connected. They are a bit pricy but I still think they’re worth it.

I researched a lot of headphones like beat solo 3, studio beats 3,and Bose QC45, and I found that these models of Sony's beat all of them. You can do the research yourself and you'll come up with the same result that these brand of Sony's are far superior in noise cancelation than the other models that I've mentioned bose comes in an incredible 2nd place beats noise cancelations are trash. The sound quality on the Sony's are fantastic. The seamless touch interface on these headphones are fantastic. I recommend these headphones for anybody that wants quality NCH with great sound. I can vacuum my entire house I can do my laundry and never hear any of the machines running or the vacuum running when I'm listening to my music. Well done Sony.

I returned my Bose 45s for these, and I’m super glad I did! I got the blue pair when I wanted the black, because they didn’t have them. I gave it a try anyway. These are far superior! The ease of connection, the swipe to control the music without touching my phone, and you hold your hand over the cuff to cancel the noise control. I love these and wear them at home, work and the gym! If your considering these- don’t hesitate! You’ll love them! They are very light and even after hours I am not sweaty at all. The app is easy to use also. Thanks Best Buy!

Great new color! I have a few Sony over ear headphones, and these are the latest pair. They offer great overall sound. The highs are high and the bass is palpable! Another great offer for this set is that the battery life has been extended further. I have paired these with many items so far, and the customization offered by the app is just outstanding. These are a great investment for those who travel, like NC, or for people who just enjoy headphones that provide excellent sound quality. I got these on sale. If you see these on sale grab them quickly.

Great audio and excellent bass performance and long lasting battery so I can listen to my music all day long. It’s a comfortable fit and no irritation want so ever. The noise cancelation does not cease to amaze me it’s as if I’m in my own world, just me and my music. Over all these headphones have elevated my music experience and was an excellent purchase.

These are great. The noise canceling is very good. My coysin was at my ear talking to me and i did not hear him. Sound is good. I got them on sale so the price was affirdable. The batter seems to ladt a long time. I have not had low battery once.

Had no problems pairing with my TV. Though it seems to be a bit of a hassle to pair with a second item. Can be done, but not worth it to do right now for me. Audio range and sound are good. Not as nice, crisp or dynamic as my Monster DNA headphones (but they are wired). They are quite comfortable, can wear them for hours binge watching TV. Which is what I got them for - being up late watching TV without disturbing others in the household. Battery life is great! Could binge a few days on a full charge. I only need to charge once a week. Packaging and quality are good. Was not interested/concerned with noise canceling, but now that I have it, it is nice. Works well. Was not even aware of it at first, but one time I removed them and realized all the noise it had been removing (furnace, clothes dryer, ext.) Very aware of how much this does now and appreciate the feature. Not having to adjust the volume up or down every time the furnace kicks on or off is nice.

My last headphones were fake "refurbished" Beats earbuds from Wish that I bought 4 years ago. So preface, my bar was probably pretty low. The battery life and audio quality are awesome. I've been enjoying going back through my music and am really noticing the difference that comes with quality. Also, I use it as a gaming headset and works just fine for that as well. I tried the XM5s in store and although there was a slight improvement in audio and fit, it was not enough to justify the extra money and larger size. As a big-eared individual, the headphones do get uncomfortable after a couple hours. But that's a me problem as all headphones do that and after that long of a time, I should take a break to not worsen my tinnitus.

Love my headphones, beautifully designed, comfortable, fits well, and I love how well it blocks out sounds around me when listening to my music.

My main purpose, in buying these headphones, was to get excellent sound quality in a wireless setting. These certainly provide that. The noise cancelling is very good as well. The headphones are also very comfortable and reasonably light, comparable to my wired headphones. Battery life is quite amazing- I can go 1-2 weeks without charging. It appears well made, with a quality feel (esthetically not super exciting, but that is OK) The 360 audio feature is nice, but I am perfectly satisfied without it- limited to a few sources (like Tidal, with premium level subscription), and not worth it for me. Movies sound great. Highly recommended.

Let me start by saying, this is my first pair of OTE headphones, and I can now say I have zero reasons to go back to earbuds ever again. ANC is superb, they hold a charge for days. Calls are clear, interactions with digital assistant features are near flawless. At the discounted price point, these are amongst the best value upper - middle tier options one could hope for

These headphones are amazing. They bring tracks that I have listened to countless times to life and shine a light on details that I never noticed before. That may sound poetic lol but it’s true! They’re very comfortable, although my ears get a little warm while wearing them inside where there’s air conditioning. However, these are my first over-the-ear headphones and maybe that’s the way it is with all of them? Call quality is not very good so if that’s very important to you I would consider other options. The app interface and customizable settings are great, and so is the ability to connect to two devices simultaneously. Highly recommend.

These are so much better than I had anticipated and hoped! I used them for a flight to Australia from the US (New York) and it was the best decision I made. They are lightweight, easy to set up with a phone or iPad, came with cables to plug into the plane seats so I could enjoy movies with my own headphones, and just overall have great sound quality and noise canceling. I honestly don’t think I could have made it through the long-haul flight without these headphones. When I took them off to talk with my partner, it was night and day in terms of noise. I was incredibly surprised with the noise canceling qualities and before coming back my partner bought a pair of headphones as well. The only downside, for me, is that they are slightly loose since my head seems to be a bit too small (I don’t have the top band resting tightly on my head if I want perfect placement for the ear cups) but overall, that is something I could look past since I don’t plan to do anything incredibly physical with them on.

Really happy with these headphones. Sound quality is great and you can adjust the eq levels in the app. Battery life is surprisingly long lasting. I used this off and on (mostly on) a 12-hour flight without recharging. It is comfortable and convenient to carry around! I recommend these headphones!

My Bose quite-comforts died out on me. I took advantage of the recent sale for these and loves them. The noise cancelling feature is top notch and fits perfectly with no movement during squats and bench presses at the gym. Overall love them

I love these headphones. I bought these in 2023 and they're still going strong. Fantastic noise canceling, great sound and the battery lasts a while on these, so no complaints here.

These have been great. Reliable, comfy, and good sound -- perhaps not audiophile quality but perfect for basically anyone else. The comfort is the most important thing for me, since I work a desk job and game. These are supremely comfy even for 2 or 3 hour meetings, and the battery lasts a long time and recharges very quickly. The software support is acceptable (although clunky) but the defaults out of the box are fine.

These are not my daily headphones but they are indispensable when I really need quiet and relief from the chaos that can be present in public places like airports and airplanes. On any flight, I actually feel less stressed and less tired after wearing my XM4's. They drown out the noise so effectively that it's almost like stepping into an isolation booth. My daughter borrows them when preparing for competitions so I gave her mine and bought a second pair. I considered the newer versions but I've been so happy with these that I didn't want to change anything. Highly recommended! Places used: airports, airplanes, track meets, at home when vacuuming :) My favorite feature: touching the pad of the headphones to turn on ambient sound so I can hear and speak to someone. The other related feature is that it will pause music and turn on ambient sound when you start talking so you don't have to manually pause and remove your headphones to do so. Audio automatically pauses when you remove the headphones as well. Other cool features: swipe up and down on the headphone surface to change the volume; swipe forward and back to skip tracks. None of the above would be worth mentioning if the sound quality was not as good as it is. It's not too boomy - the sound is crisp without being harsh. I grew up listening to high end audio and these headphones deliver.
