Switching connection from one device to another is very easy and happens very quickly. The noise canceling is also amazing, with music playing, you won’t hear anything from the outside. The sound quality is great, I love that you can customize the sound through the app, for example, if you want a higher or lower bass, it’s easy to customize. I would recommend!

The sound is clear and so is my mic. Being able to connect to multiple sources has also been great, I can listen to podcasts and music on my iPhone and seamlessly swap to video conferences on my laptop, didn’t know what I was missing

Those were uncomfortable tight and the touch panel didn’t work well, but these have been perfect in every way. Sound is good, better is amazing, and the software features are really nice - I love the “use palm to cover right side and turn off noise cancelling to hear something” feature, and I use it all the time. I would absolutely recommend these.

While in certain aspects it's worse, which is totally expected from a previous gen product, the number one thing that stuck out to me is how the noise cancelling is much better on the XM4s if you wear glasses. The XM5 noise cancelling is really finnicky if you wear glasses, and going back to the XM4s, and no longer having that issue that I decided to just put up with makes the XM4s a much better experience for me. Also, it's nice the XM4 folds.

I handed down the other two to my wife and son when I got this. The main reason for getting these is the ability to pair to two devices. I decided on the Blue color (XM2 were tan and XM3 were silver) I think the color is MUCH better in person. The copper "SONY" accents make these pretty classy looking. The case color matches the blue and the Zipper pull is the copper color. If you haven't had the Sony before, you cant go wrong. Price is better than Bose....and so is the sound and noise cancelling.
