While we're glad that you like most of the features, we are sorry to hear your headphones do not charge properly. I can definitely see how this would be frustrating for you. We appreciate the steps you've gone through to isolate the issue. There are few things that you can check moreover.

Charging cannot be done.
1. Be sure to use the supplied USB Type-C cable.
2. Check that the USB Type-C cable is firmly connected to the headset and the USB AC adapter or computer.
3. Make sure that the USB AC adaptor is firmly connected to the AC outlet.
4. When charging the headset through a USB port on a computer, try the following as well:
- Make sure that the computer is turned on.
- If the computer is equipped with multiple USB ports, use another port.
- Connect the headset directly to the computer without using a USB hub.
- If the computer is in Standby (Sleep) or Hibernate mode, place it back to normal mode.
- If the computer is running on Windows 8.1, use Windows Update to update the operating system.

The noise-canceling technology in our headphones is designed to reduce ambient noise for the user, but it does not extend to the microphone used for calls. This means that while you benefit from reduced background noise, the person on the other end of the call may still hear some ambient sounds.
