Multi device support extremely flawed

When I tried to setup multi device use, the toggle in the app just refuses to activate. When I tried to connect to another device I paired with such as my MacBook or desktop PC, I am unable to do so without forcing the headphones into pairing mode. There are a several Reddit threads with the same issue even with the latest firmware update. There's just no seemless way for me to go from my phone to my laptop. For $350 plus tax, there’s no excuse for this and I’m hoping it’s just a select few with these defects or just a bad batch. These do sound great, and are comfortable headphones but I'm returning these if Sony doesn't address this. As of now, I can not recommended these headphones until this is fixed.

It can block out sound and the microphones are great for conference calls. Also being able to link to my phone and computer at the same time makes it worth it. They are pricey but worth the $350.
