That is where your eardrums work hard to manage the volume that flows through your ear canal. The louder the volume, the bigger the strain on your eardrums, which then causes the feeling of fatigue.
Note: Try lowering the volume or take a break from wearing them for a while.

As of this time I am still getting the hang of it but I think it is easy enough to use once you start using it for extended periods of time. It is expensive for headphones but the quality is worth it and should last a long time to justify the price.
