We are sorry to hear you are having an issue connecting your Sony headphones with your BRAVIA TV. If you are seeing the list of devices to connect to, the TV is just displaying the name of the devices that had been paired with the TV. It does not necessarily mean that the TV is detecting 2 WH1000XM4 headphones. If you cannot delete the list of paired devices on your BRAVIA, you can just rename the device name of your headphones by connecting them with your smartphone and go to Bluetooth settings -> paired devices -> Edit device name. Once done, pair your headphones with your BRAVIA again. Thank you for your 5-star review despite the issue you are having. It is safe to use a different charging cable. That being said, to avoid any issues in charging the unit, we recommend using only the USB cable that was supplied with the headphones.
