I found them a bit fiddly to start with and realised you have to have only the one Bluetooth you need on...or it might not work right. But overall very happy and would give 4.5 stars if I could.

We're glad that you like the sound quality of the headphones. To use the Bluetooth function, both of the connecting devices must be registered in advance. The operation to register a device is called “device registration (pairing)”. If the device to be connected does not support one-touch connection (NFC), pair the headset and the device manually. If the device supports one-touch connection (NFC), you can pair the headset and device and establish a Bluetooth connection by simply touching the headset with the device. Once a device and the headset are paired, there is no need to pair them again. Connect to devices already paired with the headset using the methods necessary for each device.
The headset enters pairing mode automatically when you pair the headset with a device for the first time after you bought it or after you initialized the headset (the headset has no pairing information). When you pair a second or subsequent device (the headset has pairing information for other devices), press and hold the (power) button for about 7 seconds. Check that the indicator (blue) repeatedly flashes twice in a row. You will hear the voice guidance say, “Bluetooth pairing”.

The functions available during a call may vary depending on the profile supported by your smartphone or mobile phone. In addition, even if the profile is the same, the functions may vary depending on the smartphone or mobile phone.
To fix this and to get the optimum performance of your headphone, please make sure to install the latest software version of the headphone via the Sony Headphone Connect app.

All of the audio sounds like trash when you use it on the desktop. Its only redemption is the quality of audio difference is so drastically good when using on cell phones only. The app is crazy hard to use as well. The headset has a hidden touch sense button on the right side of the headset that is easily touched to activate its function which puts the headset into call mode... the only way to disable the hidden touch button is to use the app and program it to be disabled. The wireless range isnt that good either you can about 15 feet before the signal starts cutting out on Bluetooth which is a shorter distance then a ps4 controller which has an average range of 25 feet. Also made by sony. The battery life is solid tho so if you want a long lasting headset this is the one. You can go like 16 to 20 hours on a single charge sometimes longer depending on use. I am severely disappointed in this purchase since i only wanted a new headset to use for my desktop.
