With these I can still hear my audio nice and clear. The amazing battery life on these means I can listen all day at work and not have to fret if I forget to charge them at night. Superb best headphones I use

You can hear the instrument being play. Comfortable no complain Can get warm . Perfect for fall and winter, not for spring and summer. My question is that can you play hi fidelity track on it, little confused on that one.??? I going to use headphone for years to come.

Again, if sound is all you care about, these are great noise cancelling headphones that sound fantastic. Now for the issues. These headphones have a few quality of life features. For example, if you're wearing them and you begin walking, it'll turn off noise cancelling. Sometimes. If you tap the right headphone, it'll pause. Sometimes. If you take off your headphones it'll pause your media automatically. Sometimes. There are some great features though a lot of them are unreliable. These features can be turned off via the headphones app if it annoys you. Overall, a solid pair of headphones. I give a thumbs up.

For optimum performance, make sure to update the software version of the headphones (via the Sony Headphones Connect app). You may also find these steps helpful:
-Set the headset to “Priority on stable connection” mode using the Sony Headphones Connect app.
-Remove any obstacles between the antenna of the connecting Bluetooth device and the built-in antenna of the headset.
-Bluetooth communications may be disabled, or noise or audio dropout may occur under the following conditions:
>When there is a human body between the headset and the Bluetooth device. In this case, put the Bluetooth device in the same direction as the antenna of the headset to improve the Bluetooth communications.
>When there is an obstacle, such as metal or a wall, between the headset and the Bluetooth device.
>In places with wireless LAN, where a microwave oven is used, electromagnetic waves are generated, etc.
>Where there are other wireless communication audio devices or other people nearby, such as in train station premises or on a crowded train.

Resetting and initializing the headset may also help resolve those issues:
Resetting the headset
-Press both the (power) button and the CUSTOM button simultaneously while charging. The headset will be reset. The device registration (pairing) information is not deleted.
If the headset does not operate correctly even after resetting, initialize the headset to restore factory settings.
Initializing the headset
-Turn off the headset while the USB Type-C cable is disconnected and then press and hold the (power) button and the CUSTOM button simultaneously for 7 seconds or more. The indicator (blue) flashes 4 times, and the headset is initialized. This operation resets volume settings, etc. to the factory settings, and deletes all pairing information. In this case, delete the pairing information for the headset from the device and then pair them again.

Far too heavy, wouldn’t stay on my head and gave me headaches. These, however, are a dream! So comfortable, incredible audio, just a fantastic set of wireless headphones.

Birthday Gift for Myself

It was a richer clearer sound. A single charge lasts awhile. My only complaint would be I also have Samsung buds pro, and i like that when i start talking it lowers the sound and starts back playing soon unlike these that take longer.

Better than my Bose 35’s sound and noise canceling

If you want better than average noise canceling, and some good control over how to listen to your music with the App, a good bass boost, and 360 audio sound. These do the job with a great battery life for all day listening.

The sound is excellent. The Bass is not heavy. Worth the price. I know the 1000XM5 is out but I can't imagine it being that better than what they have already made. The battery is great.

Fit is comfortable. Only knock is the ambient sound for me sometimes doesn’t register quickly enough and I find myself having to pause music to hear someone speaking with me.

I bought them because I was going on a big trip, and on the plane, they held up pretty good and were nice to have. However, I also brought my AirPods to see the difference, and to be honest, it wasn't that much of a difference that 300 dollars is buying you. These headphones sound great, and that's pretty much all they offer: good-sounding wireless headphones. However, I can't say it's worth the $ 300 price tag. I'd say if you're looking for good quality headphones,s they're other options better for your pocket to,o and If you already own noise canceling wireless headphones like AirPods Pro 2nd gen or of the same generation, I'd say just stick with as these headphones are really that much of an incentive to buy them they're also from 2016

I had to use the eq to clear up a few things, and the app was kinda buggy until recently. Overall great value, and you will not be disappointed. I miss some of the functionality because I have an iPhone, but overall I’m happy with them. They do get warm around the ears after about an hour or so for me, but I have yet to find a super comfortable over the ear headphone. Don’t like the touch controls, or the custom button.

Excellent noise canceling headset

The build quality is sturdy, but very lightweight. Battery lasts a long time, at least 15 hours on a charge. I really like the companion app which allows you to personalize and fine tune the noise cancellation/ pass-through audio settings.
