Overwhelmed with sounds around me and need noise cancelling! Pop on the Sonys! Can’t focus on cleaning the kitchen?? Pop on a podcast and the Sonys. And these headphones deliver, more than I thought. I grabbed it on sale but it’s really worth every penny. My only cons are you must use an app to control certain things (but that’s not entirely bad), and the worst thing is the times it’ll cut out and then start to lag with watching Netflix or anything really. Little frustrating, haven’t found a solution but other than that, awesome.

Mainly use these for watching movies with my iPad. ANC is great. Even without playing anything you sumerge yourself in total silence. Connection with 2 iOS devices is very seamless. I do also have AirPod pro which are better for certain occasions due to spacial audio. I have no test these Sony for video calls.
