These headphones most often were at the top of the field… even beating out competitors known for their headphone/earphone products. My personal experience has been very positive as these headphones do everything advertised - and do so quite well. I believe these are a quality product and a value for the costs.

Great sound and comfort, finicky software

Bluetooth on Windows 10 PCs can be a little inconsistent at times and so can the app on Android as it can be impossible to connect sometimes. The app is needed to change certain settings like EQs or touch controls. There are times where I have to unpair the headphones from my device, uninstall the app, then re-pair it and install the app again for it to work again as doing the usual turning off and on the Bluetooth on the phone or holding down the power button on the headphones to pair don't always work to get the app functioning properly. It can also be difficult sometimes to update the headphones to the latest firmware as it will not always download it right away even with automatic download turned on. Overall, these are a great pair of headphones, just wish the software side of things could be a bit better.

They’re exactly what I was looking for. The noise cancellation works really well and they have great sound. People would come in and out of my office and I had no idea. I used the Bose headsets for a long time, it was not too bad. The Bose headset lasted a long time, but they new Sony ones are way better in terms of performance. Why not give it 5 stars. For one the ear holes are small for my ears and the noise-cancelling could be better. The sound is awesome, but for long flights your ears will hurt a bit and the you will still hear people snoring next to you.

With the “Sony | Headphones Connect” app, check the setting of [Ambient Sound Control]. If it is set to [Wind Noise Reduction] or [Ambient Sound], the effect of noise canceling is reduced. The noise canceling was what I expected outstanding. The quality of the sound was a pleasant surprise I knew the sounded good I listened to them in store but I had a chance to use them on a very long flight and I was amazed at the depth of the sound. I own a really good pair of B&W p7s and I really like their sound but the Sony set really were really quite spot on add the superior noise cancelling and this is my go to for using on flights.

They became pretty flat around 3 months after i git them, but i wore them like 24/7. I dont regret getting them though. I sometimes go all week without having to charge them.

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I Love these headphone, the Noise Cancellation is amazing, ofcorse you can hear minor sounds, especially if they are just on your ears with nothing playing, with something playing, they are incredable, I am very happy with my purchase, sometimes the left ear makes a little humming sound but it comes and goes and really isn't that big of a deal, When using them to talk to people on the phone, they are great for you and the person you are on the phone with, with these headphones and the technology, they hear you better than ever.
